I have over 30 years of experience in the computer and software industry as a hardware engineer, software engineer, hardware and software manager, Program Manager, Operations Director and Portfolio Director. Throughout my career I have used excel to help track and automate the work for my teams. I have created tools using Visual Basic for Application, that generate and track project budgets, one button generated reports that are sent through email as attachments, multiple capacity planning tools plus many more tools and reports. Implemented the Demand Management bottom up process for a 100M+ budget, mapped it to the Strategic Direction, and identified gaps.
I can also work with smaller projects. I have helped a consignment shop automate and track their business using excel. I have automated report card generation for educators. I have a broad base of experience and am willing to learn new areas where I can help model and automate a business, whether small or large.
